Do I need special software?
No, B1Dex can work with your existing route accounting software or mobile app.
What about setup?
B1Dex typically does not require additional setup, the device can be used out of the box for software like Encompass Mobile. If you have any issue with connecting you can simply contact us and we will walk you through any configuration or ensure our code works with your software.
How long does the battery last?
B1Dex can go weeks without a charge, however we include a USB adaptor for easy regular charging of the device at your office or in vehicles. A red light indicates the need for charging and a green light indicates the device is fully charged.
How do I know if the device is connected?
B1Dex has a convenient LED light that will blink green indicating a connection and that invoices are being transmitted at receiving. Making communication about invoice transmission clear.
